BEXLY — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. ABOUT BEXLY
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Bexly online store and to purchases made through our website.
By placing an order with Bexly, you agree to these terms.
Bexly sells clothing, accessories and lifestyle products through our online store. Products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners.
2. PRODUCTS
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and other information are accurate.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
We reserve the right to update product information, designs, availability or specifications where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on the Bexly website are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed at the time of purchase.
We may change prices before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
We aim to ensure that all prices are accurate. If we identify an obvious pricing error before an order is accepted, we may contact you to correct the error or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, such as a product being unavailable, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or an inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled order.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Bexly does not store complete payment card details.
6. DELIVERY
We aim to provide accurate delivery information at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination, fulfilment location and delivery service selected.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant delivery provider.
Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
If a product is faulty, damaged, defective or not as described, you may have legal rights to an appropriate remedy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Bexly name, logo, branding, graphics, designs, photographs, text and other original content made available through the website are owned by or licensed to Bexly unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Bexly content without prior written permission.
9. WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse the Bexly website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Bexly may use third-party services and providers to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide delivery services and support other aspects of our business.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the Bexly website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable law.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version that applies to an order will be the version in effect when that order is accepted.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply to you.
15. CONTACT
If you have a question about these Terms of Service or an order, please contact Bexly using the contact details provided on our website.
