BEXLY — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 3 October 2026

At Bexly, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

1. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

For orders placed online, UK customers generally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you wish to cancel your order under this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods should be in an appropriate condition, with reasonable care taken when trying or inspecting them. We may take account of any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect the goods.

The cost of returning goods where you are cancelling an order is normally the customer's responsibility, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or Bexly has agreed otherwise.

2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Bexly as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the issue. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund.

You will not be asked to bear reasonable costs associated with resolving a valid fault, damage or incorrect-item issue.

3. REFUNDS

Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method where possible.

For a valid cancellation, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery paid for the original order. Any additional cost paid for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Where goods are returned because of a valid cancellation, the refund will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

4. EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us before returning your order.

An exchange is not guaranteed where the item is simply unsuitable, but we will explain the available options.

Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected.

5. PERSONALised OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

If Bexly offers products that are specifically personalised or made to a customer's individual specifications in the future, different cancellation rules may apply where permitted by law.

Any applicable exception will be clearly explained to the customer before the order is placed.

6. HOW TO CONTACT US

Please include your order number and a description of the reason for your request.

7. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights may include rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

For further information about your consumer rights, you can visit the UK government's consumer guidance.

Bexly reserves the right to update this policy where necessary to reflect changes to our products, fulfilment arrangements or applicable law.
